There are 2 classes of users that relate to our Privacy Policy.
1. Users who subscribe to our system and services and our directly contracted to us.

We use the following systems to store data: Our accounts package Xero. Our payment card processor is Stripe. Our website is hosted in secure Amazon Data Centres. Data storage is provided by Dropbox. Email is provided by Microsoft. All of these data centres ensure encryption of your data. We do not keep any paper copies of data for ease of retrieval and deletion.
We pass limited data to couriers, dispatch services and postal services were relevant in order to deliver your items. We will disclose the information required for customs clearance where relevant for international shipments. All couriers and postal services comply with data processing requirements . All data is encrypted as standard under SSL.
How long we keep your personal data
Whenever your data is kept by Branding Focus Ltd will ensure that it is appropriately protected and only used for legitimate purposes. We will keep your data for the period that you are a customer or client of Branding Focus Ltd.
