Corporate Schemes, Fulfilment & Distribution

Some of you will be aware that we offer corporate schemes, fulfilment and distribution of promotional merchandise and this week we’re going to go into a bit more detail about what we can offer to make it easier for you to manage your promotional merchandise usage.

Many companies have a range of approved promotional merchandise items that could include branded, pens and stationary, power banks, awards, clothing or many other items, these might be held in stock, produced on an as required basis or a mixture of both. We are able to offer an online portal where your team are able to view and order items as required. We will manage the branding so that on any items that aren’t pre-approved or in stock we make sure that everything complies with brand guidelines and matches your internal sign off procedures.

As part of the process on the site we can also offer group orders, when a product is being produced for one team or part of the organisation we are able to offer this out to an approved list of people within your organisation. This might be the different office sites, teams, or project managers so that they are all aware of what is being purchased and can add their order to the existing order to gain the best aggregate pricing, so if the London office wants 5,000 pens, the Manchester office 3,000 and the Birmingham office 2,000 then the company benefits from the 10,000-unit price.

If we’re holding stock for you then we can dispatch items with the next UPS delivery, depending on the time of day that can mean a dispatch that day for delivery the next, we can also hold items for a weekly dispatch to the individual offices if required to gain from consolidated shipping costs where there are a large number of orders and items aren’t time critical. Where goods are produced as required each product will have a standard lead time, with express lead times of varying timescales available depending on the product and branding methods.
